✧ low hydrogen
consumption(0.25~0.35%)
Aimed at
Feed of full range FCC gasoline has high sulfur content and low olefin content:
✧ sulfur content in feed is between 1000-1200ppm while sulfur requirement to
effluents is lower than 500ppm;
✧ sulfur content in feed is around 1000ppm and olefin content is between
20- 25m% while sulfur requirement to effluents is lower than 200ppm.

Costs of investment and operation
The implementation of FRS!full range FCC gasoline HDS technology can be based on revamping existed hydrofining plants.
For constructing a new FRS plant on a 0.4Mt/a base, capital cost is around USD7.3M, operation costs is around USD3.5/ton feed (including hydrogen cost).
